Free previews are provided before payment when possible. You only move forward if you like the direction.

Payments for approved work, launched websites, delivered previews, custom quotes, deposits, add-ons, and monthly care may be non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

If there is a billing issue, contact Rete.Services quickly so it can be reviewed in good faith.
